About This Project
Total interior and exterior renovation of this original 1970’s home. Included a new master suite, all new oak floors, custom fireplace surround and built in cabinets, all new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. The home was also upgraded to exceed Energy Star standards, with high efficiency mechanicals, smart home technology, Energy Star appliances, and LED lighting. Air leakage was reduced from 11 ACH down to 2.6 ACH @ 50 Pa.
